If you’ve ordered the wrong size or the garment doesn’t suit you, we are happy to offer a return or exchange!
To make a return, please email our team at hello@shopwiseofficial.com within 10 days of your order delivery.
Before you proceed with either a return or exchange, please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return or exchange:
- The product has not been washed OR worn
- The product has not been damaged
- The product tags are still on and attached
PLEASE NOTE, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept earrings for return or exchange.
*The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Shopwise. We are a small business and can't yet absorb the cost of shipping your returns. Thank you!
